How soon can I have my laptop repaired?
We can usually repair your screen the next business day, providing your order is confirmed before 12pm. For special order panels, it can sometimes take an extra day or two for your panel to arrive.
Do you charge extra to come to my home or office?
All of our our prices include on-site installation without any additional fees or charges. You can bring your laptop to our workshop if you would prefer, however there’s no price difference so many choose to have the repairs done in the convenience of their home or office.
How much will my laptop repair cost?
Each laptop has a specific type of LCD panel that is required. Some are as little as $200, others can be several hundred dollars. Request a quote online.
Do you provide a warranty?
Absolutely. Our new panels carry a 12 month warranty. Used panels carry a 6 month warranty.
Can I claim my repair on insurance?
It’ll depend on your policy. If you have accidental damage insurance, you may able to have your repair covered by insurance. Please speak with your insurance company directly. We can complete on-site insurance assessments and provide a report for you to submit to your insurance company. This service does carry a cost, however most insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of the assessment. Of course, you should check with your insurance company directly to confirm this.
